The Global City's agency partners include 28 major exchanges
of the real estate market in Ho Chi Minh City: Acehomes, Alphaland,
Anphonggroup, An Tam Land, Bamboo Realty, Cbre, Cen SG, Đai Chung, Đat Xanh Mien
Bac, Dong Hung, Dong Tay Land, Era, Everland, Gia Phat, Hana Home, IQI, Mai Viet,
Phu Hoang Land, Saigon Land, Savills, Smartland, Solution, Southern Land,
Sunny, The One, Thu Thiem Vietnam Link and VietNam Property.
On the same day, Masterise Homes officially launched and
trained people about The Global City project and the subdivision - Soho
townhouse, was launched in the first phase located in the most vibrant central
location of the mega-city.
Updated information, images and project introduction activities
are reviving the project after more than 20 years. Located in a 117.4 hectares wide
area in An Phu ward, Thu Duc city. The project was once known as Saigon Binh An
and received special attention due to its large scale, prime location and
convenient connection. However, the project was dead for a long time before it was
handed over to Masterise Homes and renamed The Global City in January 2022.
As the name suggests, the project is oriented to become a
global city, a modern, well-planned urban area of Ho Chi Minh City, a new
downtown (central area) of the city.
Masterise Homes also invested heavily in its first urban
project when cooperating with world leading partners such as Foster+Partners
architectural consultant, WATG landscape designer, Tung Feng Construction and
Project Supervisor Artelia .
The most notable of which is Foster+Partners – a giant in architectural and urban area design around the world, had designed iconic works such as The Gherkin (London), The Hearst (New York), Apple headquarter (California). In addition, WATG - the world's leading unit in overall planning, architecture, landscape and interior design unit, a close partner of many luxury resort brands such as St Regis, Four Seasons, Intercontinental across all continents.

During the opening ceremony on March 17, The Global City
project launched the Soho townhouse subdivision. Positioned as a high-class
position with design and construction in compliance with international
standards, Soho townhouse products are expected to have the highest market
prices in Thu Duc city, however, distribution agency partners of The Global
City project all expressed their excitement and confidence with the shopping
cart during this period.
“Townhouse product in Thu Duc city has shown impressive
price growth over the years so I believe that many investors will seek out Soho
townhouses”. A sales expert shared after the project’s training session.
He also said that in the current scarcity of townhouses,
Soho townhouses located in expensive "golden" position in the heart
of The Global City urban area, the new downtown of Ho Chi Minh City, will
certainly attract many customers attention.
Inspred by the busiest and most crowded shopping area of global
cities such as London and New York, Soho townhouses were created with a modern
